The sole franchisee brand of KFC in Indonesia handed by PT. Fastfood Indonesia, Tbk
(IDX: FAST), which was founded by Gelael Business Group in 1978, and registered
as a public company since 1994. Indonesia's first KFC restaurant was opened in
October 1979 in Jalan Melawai, Jakarta. Until
now, KFC are not cooperating in the form of sub-brand franchises for KFC,
except for co-location of which is divided into two forms, which are :
Full
rent, this form of cooperation is the KFC to pay the rent in full
Sharing
revenue, this form of cooperation is the land owner of the location get a part
/ percentage of gross monthly turnover
Location
may be the lot (land), shop, or home. With requirements:
Minimum
size 1,500 m2, with a minimum width 30 m
Minimum
size of shop (building or house) 300 m2, with a minimum width of 15 m, plus
sufficient parking area.
Located
on a main road or highway, preferably on the hook (intersection / junction)
Ownership
status should belongs to its own location
Provide
facilities in accordance with the KFC criterias
